Connectors and Adapters for FTTx networks 

An optical fiber adapter is used to mate two connectors, usually mounted in a distribution panel or wall box. Draka adapters comply with IEC-61754-4 requirements, are ruggedized to ensure extra-stable connections, and include SC/LC and UPC/APC connector-type options.

Field mountable connectors

The field mountable connector provides a convenient method of field termination. Eliminating the need for a splice, this connector can be installed on 250 μm or 900 μm singlemode fiber. In combination with the field installation tool, the SC connector can be used in both indoor and OSP scenarios.
