The JetNetXS Indoor system for high-rise buildings is a secure and efficient way to deploy an indoor network. A protective flexible conduit with a number of microducts run vertically through the building. At each level one or more microducts are branched-off by simple to install Y-connectors.When the microduct is in place a cable is jetted from a central point directly to the customer premises.

Draka’s indoor microducts are a part of the complete blowing system: JetNetXS, which has been designed with expansion in mind and compatibility with existing technologies. The technique is based on laying ducts first and afterwards blowing-in optical fiber cables. The JetNetXS system is flexibility - it allows customers to choose what they need, when they want it, and where they need it, ensuring the optimum in costs and fiber-infrastructure.
The branch-off connectors for JetNetXS indoor are designed to branch off microduct(s) at any location in the indoor network. The straight connectors are designed to connect the flexible protective ducts for extension. Port reducers ensure compatibily between differnt duct sizes.
The strain relief adapter is used to terminate the flexible tube. The termination fixes the position of the microducts with respect to the flex tube, thus offering strain relief. The adapter shall only be used for indoor applications where water or gas tightness is not required. For duct-entrances in the basement of buildings where water and gas tightness is required, a PUR sealing plug can be used. This plug couples the outdoor duct to the flexible indoor duct and provides strain relief.
Draka's flexible PA protective duct has been designed for indoor usage. Meeting flame retardancy tests, the material used is zero halogen and low smoke. The protective flexible duct has extra high mechanical strength to ensure good characteristics after installation.
The wall mountable conduit system has a high mechanical strength. The system is completely modular, so adjustable to every size. In addition to adaptability, Draka’s wall-mountable conduit is flame retardant and available in white (RAL 1013).
The Optical Fiber Protection Tube (OFPT) is designed for indoor applications that require enhanced protection of a cable or fiber module. Utilizing a corrugated design for flexibility, the inside of the tube is smooth to assist in pushing, pulling or blowing installations. This product is often used to guide the final drop to the termination point in the customer premises.
