Direct-buried, wraparound duct closure for pre-installed microduct systems, including port reducers. Wraparound duct closure couples two HDPE ducts with pre-installed microducts (JetNetXS, with or without resident cables) or tight-bundled microducts (MultiNetXS). Provides sufficient space for the microduct connectors.

The connectors are designed to connect and terminate the microducts. Locking clips secure the connectors after installation. If necessary the connector can be unlocked after removal of the locking clip
The Split connector is designed as a microduct manipulation point; for forking microducts at any location in the network. The closure provides enough space for microduct connectors and ensures the watertight integrity of the ducting system.
Heat shrinkable end-caps type 1 - 6 are used to seal the ends of the cables or ducts. They are designed to prevent moisture or dirt from entering the cables or ducts while giving mechanical protection. Similarly, end-caps type A, B and C are used for temporary closure of microducts to keep them safe from moisture or dirt during installation and storage.

With the dividable repair set a damaged protective duct can be repaired without interrupting microducts or cables in the duct. The duct repair set is also capable to enclose a number of microduct connectors if both the protective duct and the microducts are damaged.
