Draka’s Ready-Connect JetNetXS Indoor Solution comes pre-fitted with the required SC/LC ferrule. The ferrule, the core of the connector, is installed during production in a process that includes center-aligning the fibers and polishing the end-face.
Jet and connect
This makes installation a snap. Just blow the pre-ferruled cable through JetNetXS microducts directly to the customer outlet box. Snap the connector-housing around the ferrule and that’s it. Complete installation. No splicing is required at the actual connection and all the blowing is done from a central point within the MDU or office block – never from the customer’s premises.
