RiserNetXS Indoor Solution for MDUs and Office Blocks 

Draka’s RiserNetXS Indoor Solution packages up to 48 retractable fiber units consisting of retractable polyamide fiber modules, with one or more semi-tight buffered fibers. These indoor riser cables contain individual breakout units for robust handling, flame-retardant safety and simple field termination.

Retract and connect

This design allows enhanced strain resistance without compromising the typical riser cable benefits of simple, direct, field termination. With RiserNetXS, there’s no need to splice at the window cut of the riser cable – just run the retracted cable through a microduct directly to the customer’s premises.

 The RiserNetXS Indoor Solution consists of:

• Indoor distribution box (basement box)
• Tapping box
• Indoor microducts or conduits
• Customer outlet box
• Sheath cutting tool
