Jointing schematics
NetID is ideal for creating jointing schematics. These are made by importing lines and nodes, cables and manipulation points from the design drawing made with NetDesign. For FTTH projects, complete splice closures can be filled automatically to connect a number of drop cables to one feeder cable.
In another time-saving benefit, a list of homes can be connected to a list of drop cables, ordered by labels. If necessary, all the fibers can be connected to each other manually or changed one by one. Complete jointing schematics of a joint can be printed out and handed over to the installer for correct splicing.
