The DrakaXSNet FTTH Software Suite includes optional training and technical customization services, plus interface customization and updates.
Training
The DrakaXSNet FTTH Software Suite includes full user training. This is available either from Draka, at our DrakaXSNet Competence Center, or via one of our engineering and implementation partners. Typical training time is four days. We also offer comprehensive online support and a helpdesk.
Customized Implementation:
No two networks are the same. Your own icons? Your own coding system for cables, connectors and other network elements? An added value to the DrakaXSNet FTTH Software Suite is our Customized Implementation service. You tell us the information you need and how you want it presented, and we tailor your DrakaXSNet FTTH software accordingly.
Interface Customization
The FTTH Software Suite has extensive possibilites to create, implement and register networks. Not all users do have needs to view and modify all the information, Some users want to add other, not network related, information to the common database. Other users want tot have a quick and comprehensive access to only a limited set of information out of the database. For these customers our software team can develop additional Customized Interface to fulfill their requirements.
Support
Ongoing developments of the software modules enable our customer to design, implement, register and mainain their networks as efficient as possible. New features will speed up design and will extend the use of the software modules by showing more details of your new bbuild or implemented network. As soon as new developments, after extensive testing, are ready they will be made available for all customers.
