Draka’s multimode optical fibers for the Datacom, enterprises and premises cabling industries are based on our Plasma-activated Chemical Vapor Deposition Process (PCVD), acknowledged worldwide as offering the best core profile accuracy in multimode fibers.

The result is a complete portfolio covering the full range of application standards, from OM1 and OM2 optical fibers up to high data rate OM3 and OM4, all supported by dedicated customer service that guarantees premium quality of deliveries. All multimode optical fibers produced by Draka Communications are coated with the microbending reducing DLPC9 coating. Our products cover Local Access Networks (LAN), data centers and server farms, central offices, and Storage Area Networks (SAN).

	Bend-Insensitive MaxCap OMx
	These fibers (OM2, OM2+, OM3 and OM4 quality levels) combine two of Draka's industry leading technologies: MaxCap high bandwidth multimode fiber and BendBright bend-insensitive single-mode fiber technology.

	MaxCap OM2+ / OM3 / OM4
	A range of 850nm laser-optimized 50µm multimode fibers for low-cost, short-reach 10Gb/s connectivity.

	Multimode OM1 / OM2
	OM1 & OM2 graded-index 50/125µm and 62.5/125µm multimode fibers for use in premises wiring applications, like Local Area Networks (including backbone, riser and horizontal), with video, data and/or voice services using LED, VCSEL and Fabry-Perot laser sources at 850nm or 1300nm.
